This 16-week self-paced, video training program teaches mindset training strategies to athletes who want more from themselves and better results. All mindset training is done while in a stretching and mobility class.

Whether you are a regular gym-goer, a recreational athlete, or someone hoping to go pro, Mindset on Mobility will push you to be better.

We designed this program to meet the needs of the busy, working athlete. You CAN fit it all in!

You’ll learn how to:

  • Be better each day.
  • Put one foot in front of the other when you don’t want to get out of bed.
  • TRUST in your skillzzz.
  • Escape that prison of your mind (or at least open a window).
  • Kick your doubts to the curb.
  • Stop paying so much attention to the competition.
  • Grow through setbacks.
  • Create concrete plans for game day.
  • Push through that last rep!
