This video series requires will require some mobility tools. Each session will focus on 15-20 minutes of mobility sequences that target the entire body. Similar to our Mindset on Mobility course, we want to maximize your time by teaching you while you stretch. In this series we will focus on the importance of breath; the use of breath control can be a powerful tool to overcoming anxiety, improving overall well-being, and living a more present life.

  • 15 online mobility videos.
  • Over 4 hours of videos; each session 15-25 minutes.
  • Learn about the importance of breath while you stretch!
  • Tools: lacrosse ball, foam roller, strap (a band or a towel will work), and block.
