People tell me that I look like a different athlete!
I tell them I've finally learned how to control my nerves; I've changed how I approach my sport.

Does this sound familiar?
You are not alone.
Can we all agree that...
...our mind and what we think can get in the way of us performing at our best?
If you're human, you've probably struggled with your confidence at one time or another. In a world of social media, man-oh-man, it's hard not to compare ourselves to other people. Not to mention the distraction it causes; hours and hours lost to scrolling. It's getting harder and harder to stay focused.
No matter how much you train, how great your nutrition is, or how much you sleep - there's still a big piece missing - your ability to get out of your own way. The ability to manage your focus and the distractions that life throws at you.
Learn to focus through distractions or forget thriving as an athlete (or person).
If you're not seeing results, if those motivational quotes aren't cutting it anymore, if you're expecting more, you must learn to manage your focus and time.
The ability to focus is a trainable skill; your focus dictates your performance.
You know why I know this? Because I've seen it in others and I've seen it in myself. Growing up playing sports, I was really negative about myself, struggled with my mental game and was completely stuck in my head. There were glimpses of greatness here and there, but mostly, I wasn’t performing. I KNEW that I had the potential to be great, I just didn’t know how to access it. The more time I spent in my head, the worse I got. And the worse I got, the harder I was on myself (causing me to spend more time in my head). From high school, to university, to playing internationally, I never lived up-to expectations. Mindset training came to me a little too past my athletic prime. But I have seen the benefits in my now “retired” athletic career; I know it can benefit you.
Over and over I've watched athletes struggle.
They have everything going for them; they're talented, fit and dedicated, but their mind is holding them back.
This is exactly why I want to help. I know that high achievement and success (however you define it) is possible for you. The information in this course comes from what I've learned from graduate school, working with athletes, and experimenting on myself. The academic content has been transformed into bite-sized, digestible chunks that anyone can use and understand.
The first foundational skill in our programming is focus.
Proper focus and intentional attention will be the difference between performing your best under pressure and being crippled by the nerves and anxiety.
It's the difference between the crowd impressed with a "ooooooh!"😍
OR
cringing with a "…..oohhh" 😬
Mindset training works.
you can train your brain.
THIS COULD BE YOU

Mental Performance works! Here’s proof 🙂
As someone who has been living with a back injury, I find these stretches perfect for improving and maintaining my mobility. I find the mindfulness component very beneficial in reducing stress and anxiety and it helps me to stay grounded especially in our current pandemic state. It’s both calming and relaxing which makes it a perfect part of my bedtime routine. My sleep has improved greatly since starting this. Highly recommend!

This program is for anyone who takes their fitness seriously and wants to chase down their goals with precision and… you guessed it FOCUS!
A trained Mental Performance consultant teaching you while you do yoga/mobility; it saves you time and improves your posture. We are the ONLY mindset program doing this.
This is our foundational course – all other mental skills rely on our focus. Even if you have already been training your mindset, this course will offer you an opportunity to challenge your mind and grow as an athlete.
Each movement video is 15- 20 minutes long. Without the movement, the mindset presentations are approx. 10-15 minutes. Add in a little journalling and reflection and you are looking at under an hour for each video. You can go through it as fast or as slow as you like.
You betcha.
